  The worst service I have ever experienced.
  
  The Asian lady that works there has to be one of the rudest people I have ever come across. This lady was aggressively yelling at me, by the rest of the reviews on here I can see I’m not the first.
  
  When I walked in I was excited and looking forward to buying some flowers for my wife, ended up walking out with a bouquet of roses for $250, I can’t believe how expensive they are! If I was not time poor I would not have bothered to buy anything.
  
  My advice would be to go elsewhere and avoid this place at all costs.

  Would never buy from this place, was standing on the footpath outside this shop with my dog on a leash when the lady from the shop ran out screaming wildly at the top of her voice to get the dog off her property. The small friendly dog was not on the property and had not relieved itself.

  Contrary to the previous review, may I affirm my delight with the beautiful stock and services provided by Zeneli flowers in Carlton, from whom I have purchased flowers for over ten years. In these COVID times many businesses wish to enforce strict mask-wearing protocols to protect their staff and customers, and it was over this issue that the previous, non-mask wearing reviewer took umbrage. The owner and staff at Zeneli flowers are excellent, their flowers are fresh of the best quality and well-priced, and I would highly recommend their business. I rarely post reviews, but the damage caused by an angry, unfair review must be corrected.

  Thanks to these life-savers. My bestie's birthday and remembered at last moment. How could I present myself at her home with no flowers! Just searched if any florist open at the time and I was like really? 24 hr florist. Good range of flowers on display. Couldn't even decide what to get. Everything was just beautiful. Ended up mixing up flowers of my own choice @ midnight. You guys saved my life...
