  We had been looking for our first home for about 6 months before engaging Secret Agent.
  From the outset, Secret Agent came across as a standout in their field. Their contact is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. My partner was skeptical at first, as it does seem like a lot of money, but after a reassuring meeting with Jacinta we decided to give it a try. Looking back now, we both agree that it has saved us money and was a well worthwhile process.
  
  Being our first property purchase, we had no experience in the market, so having Jacinta and the team at Secret Agent there to guide us was invaluable. From finding properties, to doing the groundwork on contract of sales and building reports, they gave us confidence that we could find what we wanted.
  
  When Jacinta found the perfect property in an area we had not previously considered, we jumped at the chance to secure it prior to auction. Her help in preparing all the documents for the offer and the reassuring phone calls made the whole process so easy. We were lucky enough to have our offer accepted and had the keys in little over a month's time.
  
  Had it gone to auction I have no doubt we would have missed out. Recent sales in the area have been significantly higher than what we paid with the amazing negotiation skills of Secret Agent, we can see the potential value we have gained already.
  
  We are very happy in our new home, and eventually when we outgrow it will be calling upon Secret Agent to help find our next property.
