    Dropped by for lunch had the salt and pepper calamari which was tender and slightly sweet. The small side salad and aioli added the right amount of acidity to offset the fried seafood. Sat outside and was able to enjoy the slight breeze and sunshine. Had a couple of persistent wasps float about for a few minutes but they were easily shooed away.

    Clean and nicely appointed. Friendly staff who care about their clients.
    Nice selection of food.All ordered items were tasty.

    Great pub and service - have been here on many occasions. However, we chose to come for steak night and found the ‘sirloin’, whilst beautifully prepared was of really poor quality.. left half on the plate to be honest. So 4 stars instead of 5 as this is generally a really great pub
